Elongation: δ10 (%):≥5
Elongation: δ5 (%):≥10

Heat treatment specification

Hot working temperature 900 ~ 1050 °C;

Annealing temperature 500 ~ 700 °C;

Cold work hardening copper recrystallization start temperature 200 ~ 300 °C



3.Characteristic and application:

It has good conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistant and processing properties, but easily causes "hydrogen disease", it can not be processed and usede in high temperature (such as > 370 °C) in the process of anneling and welding .

It is applied to deep drawing and bending of deep-drawability parts, such as pin, rivet, washer, nut, pipe, pressure gauge, screen, radiator parts etc.
