Normally, during machine alignment, the users cut shims by Scissors from big sheets to the required size. In this method the edges of the Shims will not be perfect and the dents and burrs created due to this manual cutting, defeats the very purpose of the Shims. Also the lower thickness sheets are not easily available in the market. Hence achieving the desired alignment result, in one shimming operation becomes very difficult.
