SB-165 UNS N04400 is a kind of corrosion resistance of nickel copper alloy, its organization into a single phase high strength of solid solution. SB-165 UNS N04400 has excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas medium; SB-165 UNS N04400 also has excellent corrosion resistance to hot concentrated alkaline solution; at the same time SB-165 UNS N04400 also resistants to neutral solution, halogen, high temperature, water, sea water, all kinds of food, a variety of organic compounds in atmospheric corrosion. Generally no stress corrosion crack, good cutting performance.
The equal material of SB-165 UNS N04400 is Monel 400, W.Nr.2.4360 and NiCu30Fe.
