Descriptions: The new type of high-speed roller crusher is composed of a belt pulley, two rollers, shell base and a overload insurance pin. The active roller and the driven roller installed inside are made of high manganese steel material, which hardness is HRC60 ~ 80. An overload insurance pin was set at each edge of the spindle of the driven roller. A pressure spring is installed on the overload insurance pin, the outer covering encapsulates the two rollers of the roller machine. With compact structure and high working efficiency, the working life of this kind of high-speed roller crusher is 3 times of the ordinary roller machine. Applications: It is widely used for secondary and fine crushing in the industry of mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and so on. It can crush materials in middle hardness such as rocks, ore, coke, lump coal, slag, mineral slag, cement clinker, fireproof materials, and so on.
