Product Details

Wire Injection system meant for inject alloys cored wire, solid Aluminium wire. For controlling the shape of inclusions. To improve fluidity and castability. To improve the cleanness and cold ductility for wire drawing. To control blowholes and improve machinability. Desulphurisation in steel casting.

SALIENT FEATURES:- Up to 6 strands can be used for cored / Solid wire with following specification:- For cored wire size 6mm to 16 mm in dia. For solid wire size up to 16 mm in dia. Injection speed 30 - 300 M/min adjustable by variable D.C Drive.Velocity control: -1 mtr. /min. Wire can be feed simultaneously or sequentially at set speed. Available in semi automatic, fully automatic with PLC Control. No. of pinch Rolls 3 Nos. per strand.
