2.1. General introduction
This pickling line is pull-push type and adopts the advanced shallow tank turbulent flow pickling technology. The line provided is mature and reliable and proved by producing practice.

The equipments of the line excepting the payoff reel and tension reel will adopt the aerial arrangement. The running level of the steel strip is +2500. The uncoiling, pickling and coiling will be finished online completely.It has the convenient operation, less fault,high efficiency working and other features. It can satisfy users with stable production and long-term running.

The coil loading (unloading) car is used for transporting the steel coil onto the coil drum of the payoff reel or transporting the steel coil onto the special equipment for temporary storing from the coil drum of the payoff reel.

The coil loading (unloading) car is composed of the fixed saddle and the horizontal transverse moving car with the vertical lifting and falling saddle.

2.2.1.2. Payoff reel
The payoff reel is used for uncoiling the steel coil into the strip and providing the suitable tension to the steel strip.
The payoff reel is the hydraulic flexible cantilever type floating payoff reel with the auxiliary support and it is mainly composed of the payoff reel,transverse moving mechanism and auxiliary support, etc.
