We can supply Used Rails and HMS 1&2 in sizeable quantity because we are working with a lot of Manufactories for these products worldwide.

We can supply Used Rails and HMS 1&2 with different working procedures, payment terms and prices to suit different buyers over the world.

We would like to take care the orders only from the End Buyers or Buyer’s Mandates.

End Buyers or Buyer’s Mandates have to provide us an ICPO with Soft Bank Probe or a LOI with BCL.

The ICPO or LOI must contain the following information:

1. On Company’s Letterhead

2. Commodity

3. Origin

4. Quantity (Spot or Annual Contract)

5. Delivery / Shipment Schedule

6. Target Price (FOB or CIF)

7. Specifications

8. Packing

9. Destination Port

10. Payment Terms

11. Procedures

We accept only request from End Buyers or Buyer’s Mandates.

Mandate certificate must be presented, or a notarized attestation confirming holding a Mandate certificate.

Brokers and all other intermediaries will be refused.
