We PTM –Premaplast e.K Germany hereby state and represent that it is our intention to purchase,
and we hereby confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the following commodity as
per the specification and in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and conditions
as stated below. This representation is made with full corporate authority and responsibility.



Before signing the contract the following things are required.

1 The supplier of copper cathodes Name

2 Complete billing address of the supplier of copper cathodes

3 Reach number to be supplied copper cathodes

4 Full analysis of copper cathodes supplied

We hereby certify that it is our intention to purchase the products listed below ..

We are ready, willing and able to purchase those goods in accordance with the Specification and in the amounts specified
and the price as indicated.

Type of goods : copper cathode , Grade A , 99.99 % LME standard/ NON LME
Quantity: Two road trains as a sample delivery then an Acceptance narrowness of 5000MT per month , 12 month contract .
Verification: SGS or similar destination at Seller's expense at origin - place , at the expense of the buyer on .
Spezification : copper cathode , Grade A , 99.99 % no radioactive
Delivery time: will be fix in the contract
Price fixing : inc, all taxes, costs and tax with a discount of 4% - 10% on the LME on the date of acceptance of the goods
after final inspection.
