Specification for Steel Skull Scrap for Melting:

Metal scrap containing the resulting waste steelmaking iron content 89% - 92%
the fraction size of 13 - 300 mm

Purified from the slag and nonmagnetic inclusions enriched in rotary crusher and tumbling drum.
This material is used in electric and induction furnaces for melting , along with HMS 1 and HMS 2 .

Gives tangible economic benefits : allows you to increase the density of the filling metal in the furnace reduces the number of bookmarks in the oven .

Increases the amount of metal in the final product , which ultimately saves energy company.
Cost of the final product is reduced.

Our products conform to international standards for environmental
and radiological control and ready for export .

Chemical composition :

Fe 92 %
3% FeO ,
SiO2 1,5%,
2% CaO ,
1% MnO ,
S 0,03%,
P 0,0015%.
