We are professionally manufacturing stainless steel round, square, rectangular and profiled pipes and bar . The products are widely used in the areas of boilers, petrochemical industry, vessels, food, pharmacy, machinery, electric equipment, and project settings. Products are not only popular in China, but also exported to the markets in Europe, America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Company was originally established in 1990s. Now, it covers an area of over 60000 square meters; has 130 workers and 12 middle / senior degree technologists; has assets of over 65 million Yuan and fixed assets of over 18 million Yuan. The annual capacity is 3 thousand Metric Tons.
Company has the high-class advanced manufacturing equipment. There are 4 sets of LG-30-H style Cold-rolling machines, 2 sets of LG-60-H style Cold-rolling machines, 1 set of LG-90-H style Cold-rolling machine, 1 set of LG-120-H style Cold-rolling machine and 15 sets of Cold-drawing machines. Besides these, there are straightening machines, polishing machines, Annealing production lines,etc. We can produce Structure and Fluid pipes with hundreds of different diameters and geometry sections. The OD is from 6.00mm to 426.00mm; Thickness is from 1.00mm to 20.00mm. All the products are made strictly according to GB13296, GB14975, GB14976, ASTM A213, A269, A270, A312, JIS G3446, G3463, and G3467 standards. In addition,we have the powerful machining ability; can carry on professional deep processing, such as pipe stamping, pipe punching, pipe bending, and pipe squelching.
