CONTRACT PERIOD: 1 Year.
QUANTITY: Total 10,600mt.
Breakup In Months Quantity Required
1st Month 200mt
2nd Month 700mt
3rd Month 800mt
4th Month 900mt
5th TO 12th Mon 1000mt
Total Quantity 10,600mt
INSPECTIONS: SGS or equivalent by PSI method.
PACKING / WEIGHT : Seller shall send the goods packed on pallets.
DELIVERY : BUSAN PORT / INCHEON PORT, KOREA
TRANSSHIPMENT : Not Allowed.
PARTIAL SHIPMENT : Not Allowed.
PAYMENT TERMS: Transferable LC at Sight.
DOCUMENTS: To be defined based on Port of Loading.
PERFORMANCE BOND : 2% PB by the seller once the contract is signed prior to opening the LC. (This 2% PB shall become operational only on receipt of Operational, Irrevocable, Transferable Letter of Credit at the sellers bank.)
