TP347H seamless stainless steel tube, TP347H stainless steel tube, TP347H seamless steel tube, TP347H heat exchanger tube, TP347H super heater tube. TP347H is an austenitic, niobium-stabilized, chromium-nickel alloy for use at temperature up to 850°C, so this material grade owns the following characteristic:
● Good resistance to oxidation at high temperature
● Very good intergranular corrosion resistance
● Excellent salt corrosion-resistant
● High impact strength
● Good weldability
TP347H is a hot-strength steel grade and has very good resistance to oxidation at high temperature. Besides, it also owns good intergranular corrosion resistance and good corrosion resistance to hydrogen sulphide.
Meanwhile, TP347H also has the organic acid resistance and could be used under the caustic environment at the moderate temperature.
This material has the following typical application:
Tube used as superheater tube in steam power plant
Tube used in the steam pipeline
Tube used as furnace tube in refinery plant
Tube used in the heat exchanger of the petrochemical industry
