Jingyi Special gear lathe is mainly used for machining gear blank steps, inner hole of the plate, short shaft parts of small batch processing,such as the gear blank, flange, cylindrical parts ,disk, inner hole and outer end face of coarse car, half essence and etc. It can finish all the process of processing by a clamping and improve the production efficiency, save manpower material resources.

Gear blank, flange, brake discs and other parts of cylindrical, inner hole, the outer end parts.
Structural features:
1. Using casting lathe bed to facilitate loading and machine tool repair and maintenance.
2.Pneumatic door automatically turning, makes the function of the automatic machine tool with the links to the crankshaft machining line.
3.Machine tool is equipped with high precision linear load rolling guide and ball screw and can improve the stability of machine tool.
4.We use high precision motorized spindle to enhance the machining precision
