1. Seller has a yard and is backed by a big company.
2. Exact qty qoutation
3. Qty : 20,000mt a month from one port. Each shipment has to be 8,000-10,000mt not more
4. 30,000mt a month is possible but from 2 ports. Each port 20,000mt max a month
5. loading rate is 800mt/day
6. Pls indicate the country of destination and discharging port
7. Only sell FOB not CFR. FOB is USD 320/mt (Shipping can outsource from agent)
8. payment terms : transferable LC to Spore company

After the first deal, Seller is willing to sign for a long-term contract which the Buyer and Seller will agreed on quantity and quality.

Pls send LOI on Buyer's company letter-head. Seller will respond with agreement contract.(FCO)
