Product Details

1) Buyer issues LOI to the Seller
2) Seller issues Contract to the Buyer, Buyer - Seller sign/seal the Contract
3) Seller's Bank issues 2% Performance Bond of the full value of GOODS to Buyer's Bank
4) Buyer’s Bank issues Documentary Letter of Credit at Sight for the full value of the GOODS to Seller’s Bank
5) Seller commences loading of the GOODS within 30-45 days of receiving the Documentary Letter of Credit at Sight for the full value of the GOODS for the monthly shipment.
6) Payment to be released against the presentation of the Original Shipping Documents + SGS Certificate in Buyer's bank.

Important Note: The Buyer and/or the Buyer's rep / Buyer appointed third party inspection agency (at Buyer's expense) can be present at the time of SGS inspection & also at the time of loading. Before the dispatch of the GOODS, the Seller will provide soft copy of the SGS Certificate + Pictures of the GOODS to the Buyer. The Buyer can verify SGS Certificate with SGS - India.
