UNS N08825 is a nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy grade. This material grade owns the following characteristic:
● Very good resistance to stress corrosion cracking
● Excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion
● Very high resistance to oxidizing and non-oxidizing hot acid
● Good mechanical property
● Good weldability
N08825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy grade with the addition of molybdenum and copper component. This nickel alloy’s chemical composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environment. It is similar to the material N08800, but possesses the improved resistance to aqueous corrosion.
