UNS N08810 is an austenitic high-strength solid-solution nickel-iron-chromium alloy grade, which has the following characteristic:
● High creep strength
● Very good resistance to oxidation and carburization
● Good resistance to nitrogen absorption
● High structural stability at high temperature
● Good weldability
N08810 has the high strength and structural stability at the high temperature and very good ductility, by controlling the content of Carbon, Aluminium and Titanium, and the special solution treatment(for gaining the average grain size≥90µm/ASTM No.4). This material mainly used at the high temperature above 600°C.
