Introduction
Titanium corrugated tube has many spiral projections on the inner and outer surface of the tube, which is processed through a special rolling process, with double-sided ring spiral-shaped grooves of the corrugated heat transfer tube shown in Figure. The coefficient for overall heat transfer has been remarkably improved because of the turbulent flow effect on the inner surface and outer surface of the tube caused by the corrugation, in comparison with that for smooth tubes.
Due to its good heat transfer efficiency and lower small pressure loss, coaxial corrugated tube heat exchanger making it particularly suitable for heat pump systems. Both titanium and stainless steel are evenly split the gap, as conducive to the evaporator to maintain good oil return characteristics. Can be widely used in water-cooled condensers, water chillers and water / ground source heat pump.
