Yantai Huaneng Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is located in Yantai, an eastern port city of China, endowed with the access to well-developed land and waterway transportations. With the principle of “quality is the first, customer is the uppermost”, we have exported our pipes to all over the world.
We have the most advanced seamless tube & pipe mill worldwide, a PQF seamless steel pipe production line, rolling sizes from 8” to 18”; an ACCU-ROLL mill, rolling sizes from 2” to 8”; the hydraulically automatic cold-drawn machines can make size from 1/2" to 4". Both hot-rolling & cold-drawn lines make pipes and tubes 1,000,000 Metric Tones annually, approximately to 20 varieties and 2000 sizes. They are 20mm to 457mm in outside diameter and 2mm to 55mm in wall thickness, and in conformity with the requirements of the national standard and international standards. They are be served for high pressure boilers, for using as casing and tubing for well, for line pipes, for low and medium pressure boilers, for liquid service, for structural purposes, for ships, for petroleum cracking, for high-pressure chemical fertilizer equipments, for hydraulic pillar services, for automotive axle shafts and diesel engines, etc.Our ERW pipe size range are from 60mm to 610mm. Our SSAW pipe size range are from 219mm to 2200mm.
The quality of pipes and tubes are firmly assured by following inspection equipments: Ultrasonic Tester, Eddy Current Tester, Tensile Testing Machine, Charpy Impact Tester, Flattening Test Machine, Hardness Tester, Optical Microscope, Direct Reading Spectrometer, Oxygen & Nitrogen Analyzer and so on. The company has been certified by ISO, CCS, PED, ABS, DNV, TUV, LR, GR, BV & KR.
We have an indoor warehouse of 13,000 square meters. The stock quantity is about 7,000 Metric tonnes.
