The company’s manufacturing equipment from a complete set, and its technology being advanced and reasonable. Lincoln bonding machine is used for our company’s welding outfit. It has completed X-ray real time imagery detecting system for welding non blind spots and continuous detection, and the experimental hydrostatic pressure machine of steel pipe. Lincoln bonding machine also can produce all size of spiral steel pipe with diameter of 219-3420 mm, thickness of 5-25 mm, reaching annual production capacity of 120,000 tons. Advanced production equipment, strict and efficient production process provide a strongly quality assurance for Gongli’s products. The company has already gained the production license, the IS09001 quality authentication and American API authentication. Besides, the company set up a comprehensive service quality management system, and was awarded ‘National Quality and Integrity AAA Enterprise’ in 2010 Chinese Quality and Integrity Association.
The production are widely used in pressure pipeline of petroleum, gas, city water, sewage, coal gas, central air conditioning, firefighting etc. they are also used in the fields of energy resources, transportation, chemical, electric power, irrigation and construction.
