Jordan steel is a public limited shareholding company (p.l.c) that was established & registered in Jordan on March 1993 with a fully paid up capital of 35 million JD (50 million dollars) & production capacity of 250,000 Mt per year making it the largest steel manufacturing company in Jordan. It aims to produce steel in various types & other steel products in Jordan & the Middle East.

Products:
JOST currently produces various steel products that are designed to meet today's changing market needs. Its products fall into tow categories at the moment as follows:
Concrete reinforcement steel bars (rebar)
Includes all standard diameters between "10" mm & "32" mm are cut to the standard length of "12" meters .shorter& longer lengths are also produced. Rebar's are available in accordance with, Jordanian standard (JIS), ASTM 615, BS 4449 standard, & may also be produced to other international standard upon request.
Flat & square sections
The production of flat/square sections was introduced earlier in 2000 to meet the demand for a high quality product in the local & export markets
Cut & bent
JOST Engineering Industries was established in 2003, the company offers reinforcement bars with added value of Cut-to-Length & bent to the shape needed on sites and projects.
