Business Introduction

We have tyre wires that are processed by burning i.e. pyrolysis process - a recycling process of burning tyre in a containment chamber without oxygen.

The wires will not have any rubber or plastic on them as the temperature of the burning process can hit 700-1200 Celcius and as such there is no rubber or plastic on the wires unless they are not burned properly.

Since the material is formed from thin wires (average diameter of 0.20 – 0.80mm), its surface can easily oxidize due to its morphology.

At visual inspection, the scrap appears as a hank of long wires characterized by the presence of few ash and iron oxide. No rubber and fiber contamination is detected since the temperature in the furnace easily reaches 800 °C and all contaminants are completely burned. The scrap is not in shredded form and below are some pictures of the material in our yard.

This iron scrap is a harmonic steel and it doesn’t contain dangerous and toxic substances. The output obtained from the combustion of tires is then re - processed an pretreated in order to arise its performance and the melting ratio. Kindly be adviced that our material does not have any mud and as such we cannot give you details of percentage of mud in our material.

We have been given to understand by the importer or end users that when our material is melted in an 5kg arc furnace, the yield has been consistently at above 80% min. Further to the above, yard visits are most welcomed as the yard is our own and you are most welcomed to see and inspect the full loading as we only specialize in exports of tyre wires from Malaysia and we believe we are Malaysia's largest tyre wire exporters.
