ZINKOTE 20 : The Rust Converted steel shall be Over-coated with ZINKOTE 20 ( A Zinc Rich Paint used for COLD GALVANIZING TOUCH-UP ) ZINKOTE 20 is manufactured by use of Pure Acrylic Resin and 99 % Pure Zinc Metal Flakes . These Zinc flakes have horizontal Packing in the Dry Film , Zinc Metal being extremely passive in nature to any Chemical Action / Oxidation etc, COMPLETELY STOPS any further corrosion or attack of Atmospheric oxygen // Saline Water // humidity in air or Chemical Vapours &;amp; Fumes on the coated steel Sections and Fabrication. Single coat will offer 18-20 microns of Zinc and double coat if necessary may be done after 24 hrs. ZINKOTE 20 is a instant Air drying Paint and hence unused tins shall be always tightly closed to avoid losses due to evaporation.
