Jingyi automobile crankshaft CNC lathe is one of the indispensable processing equipment with high precision , high efficiency and flexibility. The machine adopts high performance hydraulic station , control of high speed rotating hydraulic hollow sleeve chuck to reduce operator labor intensity and improve production efficiency . We use both four vertical and six-station vertical electric tool . We accept customization and sincerely hope you can come and visit our factory.

2. The machine adopts pneumatic door , and have the function of automatic processing line of crankshaft.
3. Beijing KND CNC system makes it mechanical and electrical integration .

5. Machine adopts hydraulic self-centering fixture, forming the composite knife, center drill and blade can change at any time, simple and convenient.
6. The machine comes with coolant and process for tool cooling respectively to improve the life of cutting tools.
