1) ZhongWang Group is the world second largest and Asian and China’s largest producer of industrial Aluminium extrusion products and are Manufacturing of high-end Aluminium profile for the transportation, machinery manufacturing and electrical power engineering fields.
2) Our products have excellent reputation for their superior quality. We have an annual capacity to produce over 800,000 tones and are exporting our products to countries across the globe in Europe, USA, Australia, Canada and Mexico. In February 2003, the U.S. BOE-ING Company established business with us by importing the aluminium profiles. In 2005, the company supplied the freight cargo for the Ministry of China Railways.
3) The company imported advanced smelting and casting technologies from the USA, Canada and Republic of Korea, we are capable of casting Aluminium alloys ranging from 1xxx thru to 7xxx, and the largest cast billet is 582mm in diameter and 7.5m in length.
4) More than 70 Aluminium extrusion production lines ranging from 5MN to 125MN in press capacity. The 125MN horizontal oil-driven dual-action extrusion press is currently the largest and the most advanced one in worldwide existing device.
5) Produce various profiles processed by thermal treatment and different surface treatments, like anodizing, powder coating, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbor liquid coating, wood effect, mirror polishing and etc.
6) We are also capable of carrying out independent R&D in die design that meet our customers’ special demands, providing strong technical support for the making of high-tech dies with reliable and stable quality, suited for the production of various kinds of high-precision Aluminium profiles.
